A new accidental discovery - a Minneapolis band called Rad Owl with their album "Rage Gracefully". Self described as "Melodic Punk", but i think Heavy Metal Punk fits the sound better. Keep an eye on these guys, they seem have talent to spare!

Wisconsin too - there actually might still be a Red Owl in Green Bay. Used to be one in Door County, too

In today’s world, society is increasingly driven by deep-seated greed and a relentless pursuit of pleasure. Humanity constantly searches for satisfaction, yet we are rarely content. This lack of fulfillment leads to a cycle of endless production and consumption, causing harm not only to other living beings but also ourselves as we exploit and degrade our precious environment. Throughout history, humans have often viewed animals as soulless and fundamentally different from us. However, animals have the same right to live without discrimination or exploitation. Fauna, a compilation curated by Franck Zaragoza (aka Ocoeur), reminds us that all species on Earth have the right to live and that we all share the same world. More importantly, it emphasizes that our future depends on our actions and the choices we make today.
