I bought a modern reissue of this on clear vinyl that sounded like arse. This ‘74 copy sounds incredible, the stereo mix is to die for.
Mrs Moore hates that she falls for the, “do you want to listen to some Toni Braxton” gag every time. Haha, it’s the little things in life.

Ugh....I tried to order all of his new reissues on Amazon. Had them all pre-ordered. Amazon US kept pushing back the date...until they just cancelled them all.

I hadn't checked back on them since then....and it looks like they are in stock now.

Pick em up. I love em. I got this, Mr Bad Guy & Barcelona all from my local record store I couldn't pass up on them. Nice to have Living On My Own (Remix) on vinyl finally too

This is amazing! I've been to the Philippines quite a few times, my girlfriend's parents were born there, and always try to hunt down records whilst there. There's a massive music culture there which spread over to places like San Francisco with their Filipino expatriates. It all stemmed from the American army being based in the Philippines and Guam. Interesting stuff, and super cool that you found a Filipino pressing of Coltrane!

Interesting stuff, and super cool that you found a Filipino pressing of Coltrane!

Yeah, I had no idea what to expect from a Filipino pressing, but it sounds good to me! I always like picking up the international pressings when I run across them. Who knows how this one ended up in Madison, WI, but I’m happy to have it.
