I hate to say it but it seems like smoking is making a comeback. I live in a state with legal weed and I'm like why on earth would you smoke cigarettes?!

I was talking to a friend last year who switched to vaping. She pointed out, at least in Chicago, that the regulations around vaping were strict enough that kids started smoking cigarettes instead.
