What's Spinning

A little late getting to this Generator Pick from last week, I didn't see it and I've had this album sitting here since February.

I don't think I've ever listened to the whole album before, as I've never owned it. I really wasn't into the hair metal. But enough tracks were played at middle school dances that makes me know a lot of it. (our cable company didn't offer MTV, so I didn't get to see a lot of the videos)

God, this takes me back to 9/76 through 3/77 when I lost my mind and tried long haul truck driving thinking it would be a fun way to see the lower 48. Was on a tandem team so we were on the road 24 hours a day for a month at a time. Being the young newbie I did all the night driving so didn’t see much. Anyway, it was a lost six months and the only romance in the job was the music no doubt heard on this record and others like it.
