How have you not listened to Jessie Ware’s What’s Your Pleasure? King Daddy? At some point, I guess I should give 7-10 a listen.
Yeah, album was released mid December so it makes sense not to really rank anywhere decently on this list! It’s a pretty great album though! It's partially my fault. Wasnt even on my list brcause I didnt hear it until after the fact.
But i just wanna say there isn't enough Avalanches on this list.
The album made it on my top 40 AOTY list but it would of ranked much higher had it been released earlier in the year. It's partially my fault. Wasnt even on my list brcause I didnt hear it until after the fact.

I wasn't on the forum yet at the end of 2020, but my Top3 from that year would still stay/have stayed the same. My #1 was Fiona Apple, my #2 was Phoebe Bridgers, and my #3 was .clipping.It has only been two years and change since our individual list submissions, but would you change your 2020 favorites now looking back? @gaporter's bump back in January for the 2019 MEGALIST thread had me curious.
I haven't been able to do a ton of reevaluating or exploring albums I missed so I'm not surprised I wouldn't change much. Still love all the albums I picked. But man, what a year for hip-hop. I'd probably add Navy Blue and maybe Ka and change the order some.It has only been two years and change since our individual list submissions, but would you change your 2020 favorites now looking back? @gaporter's bump back in January for the 2019 MEGALIST thread had me curious.

Not sure why, but not a lot of rock clicked as well with me in 2020. I enjoyed and purchased and will continue to listen to some, but they didn't stick with me as well as these I chose to list. I wonder if that will change when I revisit and check things out I missed. Even with that, an amazing year for music. In rough order, especially the second half.
So here is my take on 2020, hope you enjoy, I did!

Thundercat - It Is What It Is
A bit too mannered for a Thundercat album for me, I hope he brings back the chaos next time
Sufjan Stevens - The Ascension
Bright Eyes - Down In The Weeds, Where The World Once Was
Both are a little long and a little one paced which sadly means that, although not bad, they are a bit boring.
Not Had A Chance To Listen To Properly Yet
McCartney - III
Kelly Lee Owens - Inner Song
