You Want How Much?!

I think if I read it right, the $5 buys you a copy of his CD and negotiation for the collection? Maybe?

Oh yes it's a confusing listing. I guess I was reading the part about the listing was to purchase the "If I Rocked" CD in the second photo. I was thinking maybe it was a rip since their seller name on Discogs seems to associate them with IIR. Although that was def an unsubstantiated leap on my part.

Altogether a weird listing. It was for the "1200 plus w MFSL" collection for $5 but.w the note to read the description and then telling you that it was actually for the item in the second photo. Probably just to get interest in the actual collection.

At first glance, it looked like a musician/artist selling copy of their own CD (username matches). But I could be wrong. Maybe it's all a scam to sell copies of their music knowing they won't agree to a price for the full collection?
I might be wrong but I think they are just looking to negotiate a deal on the whole collection and are going a weird way about it. I think hes expecting people to message him to arrange a deal.

I think the addition of the CD is just to stop people from paying the $5 and arguing that it was for the whole collection. That way if someone did pay then he can just send them the CD and state it was all explained in the listing.

Very strange.

So a roundabout way to use eBay as free advertisement. Clever.

I think maybe you're right. Who wants to message them on ebay, let them know we're talking about them, and find out the truth?

Tool is releasing Fear Innoculum on vinyl 3 years after the original release date. It is a 5xLP box set. Each disc is single sided with an etching on the back. They are selling signed copies at their merch table for, I shit you not, $810. Ha ha. Yeah, ok Maynard...

5xLP with etching on every other side makes me angry regardless of the price

At this point I kinda hope they never release another album and just tease it for a couple decades till they break up.
Actually, their new album is coming out in 2022 but it's only being released as sheet music for recorders. So if you want to hear it, you'll have to track down a grade schooler and see if they'll play some Black Pumas as an encore to Hot Cross Buns.
