Hey, is your app working again? Vinyl scribbler has been slow for weeks now and I’ve started getting time out errors quite frequently and why can’t cogs add scribbling to the site or the iPhone app dammit!

Yeah. It's been working fine. It was only down for a day or two there when everybody else was having server issues.
 
Google searching this morning, I found a subreddit on scrobbling vinyl and I discovered the site universal scrobbler . I had to upgrade to a premium membership (one time fee of $4.99) but it even handles comps and seems super fast. You can pull from cogs and it will list releases in alphabetical order and it just assumes you have finished the record. So my scrobbles are kind of jumbled right now but I’ve always just been looking for play counts.

This is the one I use. Couldn't be easier!
 
Everything’s a little different this week. (Well except that Bedouine is still in spot #7). I realized last week that the report last.fm generates on Saturday is Friday through Thursday. I may or may not play a challenge record today, but there is nothing I am going to spin that is going to knock any of these out of their spots tonight. I also pulled a @GritNGlitter ans may have obsessed over a single this week.
