I don't usually like him. His voice annoys me. But I'm enjoying this album. It's got a more bluesy/rocky thing going on that works for me.I’d be interested in your opinion on Sturgill while I wait on my copy to get here...
So, now that I’ve seen a few posters reactions, is Sing Along an outlier or is there a different mix on the album?I don't usually like him. His voice annoys me. But I'm enjoying this album. It's got a more bluesy/rocky thing going on that works for me.
I haven't spent that much dedicated time with it--I think it fits into the album, but I think the rest is more guitary than synthy, but there's a lot of interesting stuff going on with it.So, now that I’ve seen a few posters reactions, is Sing Along an outlier or is there a different mix on the album?
Fair enough. I’m thinking you won’t like Waylon too much.I haven't spent that much dedicated time with it--I think it fits into the album, but I think the rest is more guitary than synthy, but there's a lot of interesting stuff going on with it.
I haven't really listened to Waylon.
I like rowdy honky tonk now and again.Although, you never know. Waylon does like that whole rowdy honky tonk sound.
