It's always complicated when Santa Claus starts shipping stuff. I have my Cadet box stuck somewhere and another package from Portugal lost at FedEx. Of course it has to be my most expensive orders...

Add to the fact a lot of these big shipping companies will hire Christmas "help" which is taking people and throwing them to the wolves expecting them to understand how everything works. I don't expect much with shipping around the holidays and I'm usually pleasantly surprised when anything shows up on time!
Good luck with those packages I'm sure they'll eventually show up!
