It's on my list but honestly not sure how much time I have for it.Anyone else pick up Kingdom Come 2: Deliverance? Most Skyrim like adventure I’ve been on in such a long time. It’s so freaking immersive and fun so far, although the systems can be dense to understand!
Is it very Skyrim-ey?Started Kingdom Come Deliverance 2. Haven't played the first one. It's filling a niche I didn't even know I wanted.
Yes...? At least from what little I've played of Skyrim. No dragons or anything. Just straight medieval RPG. Systems seem pretty complex and there's definitely a learning curveIs it very Skyrim-ey?
I keep thinking I should play Skyrim again, I haven’t played it in a few years. I saw some comparisons to gameplay with Skyrim so I’m curious about it.
Not console specific, but generally I’ve found refurbished products to be solid and usually come with good warranties.Question gamers from a not really gamer. My kid has been saving for a new Xbox series X. Help! Sales, deals? Is a refurbished one ok?
He’s killing it for a sixteen year old, busting his butt at school and work. Still rather him not pay the prices I’m seeing.
I don't know if they still do this, and you'd have to do it for him, but there was a deal where you financed it for 24 months at $35 a month and it included two years of gamepass. It was cheaper than buying them separately and Gamepass is really what makes this console so good imo.Question gamers from a not really gamer. My kid has been saving for a new Xbox series X. Help! Check facebook marketplace and local used markets and used game stores. It's a console that hasn't sold particularly well, so I'm sure you could find one for well below full price.Question gamers from a not really gamer. My kid has been saving for a new Xbox series X. Not much of an Xbox user, but we're happy with our Series S, so unless they're dead set on going top of the line, I'd say that's worth a consideration as well! I'm been playing HeartGold for a bit and while the vibes are immaculate, the level scaling is BUSTED. You have to grind sooo much.Playing HeartGold/SoulSilver would fix me.
I love this for you. Borrowing my friend's game boy and Red in the late 90s was my introduction to rpgs; I'm on the record already in this thread, but I feel deep annoyance at the franchise's movement away from and simplification of RPG mechanics.also, just to reiterate, my pokemon knowledge is extremely basic. only watched the original indigo anime growing up. and then played Go when it came out in 2016, and tried a bit of let’s go when that one came out. that’s as far as i’ve went.
that was my experience growing up with video games as well. i didnt have my own individual console until middle school. in elementary school, i would just have to borrow my friends’ consoles and games for the weekend if i wanted to play games. it was how i got into all the 2-d metroid and kirby games when they first came out even though i never officially owned then physically until decades laterI love this for you.
