Read the last paragraph. If VMP sends you something for April/May they may use it against your claim.

And if your unfilled order is outside the time limits for a chargeback, which vary but won't exceeed 3 months, you are probably wasting your time. And the creditor claim is virtually certain to be a waste of time for customers, who are the lowest form of creditors.
