Anyone here have that Gang of Four 77-81 Box Set? How is it?
Listening to a (seemingly scratched to hell) 1959 Blue Note microgroove pressing and it sounds better than most new pressings. Don't know whether to be impressed or appalled.
Some label needs to get the rights to Nico's discography, do some nice analog remasters and put out a boxset. Seems like her wonderful records are pretty scarce (except for VU&N of course).
Anyone know of a site still selling the Unwound - Rat Conspiracy box set? Or have a local store that has a copy?
Any U-Turn users use a clamp? Any recommendations?
