    i dunno if i cant even give an opinion on soul glo yet... i know its impressive and probably going to be on many best of lists.. but its almost impossible to take everything after a single listen of what has been happening (and not just because their lead screams so fast its hard to comprehend at times)

    i seem to like the denzel curry album more than most people it seems.. maybe it just gives a good first impression

    I loved it! I still prefer TA13OO as a full album but this isn't trying to be that and I can appreciate him experimenting with a new sound. He flows over some of those beats like butter. Plus the Peggy production on "John Wayne" 🙌

    This is a grower for me... but when it grows, it GROWS. Walkin' was kinda mid when I first heard it, but holy god I can't stop listening to it now

    vylet pony back at it again making music exclusively for me and MAYBE @gaporter (apparently the vinyl kickstarter is coming soon and im definitely backing both).

    if i had more hope that others would be able to see the appeal.. CUTIEMARKS would have been in my top 3 of the year last year... this new one has a lot more competition but is daring to try again

    embarassment over it being a fucking MLP fan music album.. even though its pretty good if you love hyperpop and indie pop

    the new one is better if you don't like hyperpop or other acts like 100 gecs or porter robinson...

    My daughter was a huge MLP fan and she's grown out of a bit but I find myself reminiscing alot lately about sitting around watching those ponies. We watched it so much I pretty much have every song memorized. It was much more enjoyable than the tik tok videos and Roblox youtube show she wants to watch non stop now.

    also @waruv i was actually referencing bootie browns lyric in the gorillaz song dirty harry (a song explicitly about the paranoia of war and feelings of detachment), though maybe bootie brown was subtly interpolating don henley all this time

    if we are going to get a vinyl copy of it... it would be now... but with that being locked on def jam and not frank its unlikely

    Frank set up the end of his Def Jam deal to buy his masters and take ownership with him, I'm pretty sure its only up to him to do whatever he wants with any of his recordings now.

    NOTE: i did think the show was pretty decent... just not amazing when it comes to the main headliners (except snoop and maybe Kendrick though not playing Compton was baffling)
