I had a warped record come and the company is replacing it but they want me to pay for return shipping and then they will reimburse me. Seems strange to me, don’t most companies send a return label?

Has anyone else had issues with USPS packages “leaving” a facility several times? I’ve had one in Cincinnati that “left” the facility 5 times between the 1st and the 5th and I just had one “leave” Dallas twice yesterday.
