Grading question: record has marks on both sides, some background noise that occasionally breaks through the music, plus a skip on each side. Is that a VG or G/G+?

Anyone who sells on Discogs should use PirateShip for their shipping. Adding insurance is cheap, and they use a secondary insurer. I sold a record in July for about $100 shipped someone in New Zealand. It went missing, I submitted a claim, and about 2 weeks later I got reimbursed so I can refund the buyer. So much easier than using USPS!
