VMP membership cancelled. Been there since December 2015, so it will be weird not getting records through the post. Even though I fear I may quite like the next 2 Essentials, I think this makes sense in the long run.
So, The Cure were great. Not a fan at all, but they put on an amazing show. One of those bands who you feel are just as good now as they were 20, 30 years ago. Slightly muddy underfoot though!
Outdoors gig today. The Cure, Mogwai, Twilight Sad, The Joy Formidable. Great line up. Shame it’s absolutely pissing it down!
