    I’ve never been a huge fan of MLS but I am so pumped that my team Nashville SC has won two playoff games so far in their first season including knocking out the top seed from last year in the East. They are real fun to watch.

    Nice! NYCFC fan here - way to upset Toronto! MLS is far from European football, but it's growing and can be enjoyable if you can get into your local club.

    The highlight of my (pre COVID) summers are knocking back some brews in the supporters section. Really great fun and festive atmosphere. When we can attend sporting events again, you should definitely check out Nashville's Backline Supporters Collective.

    As a long suffering RBNY/Metrostars fan, I can get behind Dax (and to a lesser extent Muyl) winning in Nashville. I’ve always thought that he was one of the more likable guys in the league.

    Good luck the rest of the way! With Philly and Toronto gone, it’s wide open in the East.

    We had a national scandal over here about 10 years ago when a minister ordered a $16 orange juice in London while on a government trip (the orange juice was what every one talked about, but there were other unnecessary expenditures to go with it like the gratuitous stay at the Savoy and the various limousine rides).     What is your vinyl budget per month these days people? I can't keep with up with everything being pressed. I have at least 30 albums on my to buy list at the moment and there seems to be more by the day. And that doesn't even count what is on my discogs wantlist.

    If I mailed a CD First Class Mail International in late September and my buyer hasn't received it yet what should I do ? Am I screwed, should I refund his money or should I wait a little bit longer? Any possible remedies from the USPS?

    Oh and the U tracking numbers work only until the item arrives in Brazil. After that there's not way to track it.

    @wynn72 it's been extremely hit or miss for me since March. I had some records take 45 days to arrive media mail from NJ to NY. But I ordered a record from Plaidroom on Friday and it arrived this afternoon media mail. I have some sold some expensive records in the past few months and none took longer than a week to arrive via media mail.

    @Twentytwo crazy thing is up until a few months ago I had like $50 in savings (living in SF means pretty much paycheck to paycheck) These forced savings have at least given me a little bit of a cushion finally!

    I talked to my MAGA dad today, said he was so upset by all the “anarchists” he just wanted to cry. I didn’t let him engage me though, because we would have just wound up in another heated argument. I mean, I hate what’s going on too, but the uprising is a direct response to DJT.     Love the War and Treaty. Magnolia has come a long way as a club in my opinion. When they first started there were months they didn't even have true exclusives. I checked a few minutes ago and there were 174 copies but I expect it to sell out pretty quick.
