I made batch of scotch bonnet jerk sauce this afternoon and then made a big pot of chicken and potato in a tomatillo verde sauce. My mouth can't stop watering. It's the ultimate comfort.

RIP Fredric Jameson. An intellectual giant who inspired and at times infuriated a generation of theorists. Postmodernism, or the Cultural Logic of Late Capitalism reflected and impacted art and science. Hard to pull that off.
