I emailed SOV customer service. Basically said, your website never said this deal was 1-album per order and you already filled orders X,Y, and Z that had multiple albums each.

They'll probably say, get bent. But maybe they'll say, "you know what, you're right! Here's a box of 20 Bob Marley records to give away to all your friends and family."

I'm not waiting around for the Marley, so I filed a claim on one and it was instantly approved and closed by PayPal.

I just did this for all three of my outstanding undelivered/cancelled orders; also immediately refunded.

So I had two double orders, one that was for $8 shipping, another that was $18. I only got an email and refund for the $8 one. Will see if the second one shows up...

I sent them an email playing dumb saying I was waiting for almost a month on all these orders to ship, and if nothing else all of my refunds processed within a couple hours, lol

My $18 shipping order for Natty Dread and Beautiful Garbage just got cancelled too. That just leaves Nirvana Unplugged outstanding, and there is something showing up in Informed Delivery. Based on everything else, still gonna be a crapshoot as to what actually shows up!

Yeah, they just refunded me as well for Natty Dread, $8. Was a double order, so I guess I received the Bud Powell for free then. Haha. Natty still shows as in stock on their website.
