I was 16 years old in 95, so this list brings back a lot of nostalgia. 1995 is probably mostly remembered as a great year for gigs for me - Oasis at Earls Court, Stone Roses' comeback, Jeff Buckley - but some fabulous albums too.
1. The Charlatans - The Charlatans
2. Radiohead - The Bends
3. Oasis - (What's The Story) Morning Glory
4. Supergrass - I Should Coco
5. Ben Folds Five - s/t
6. The Jayhawks - Tomorrow The Green Grass
7. Eric Matthews - It's Heavy In Here
8. Bjork - Post
9. Goodie Mob - Soul Food
10. Paul Weller - Stanley Road
I think Vitalogy is though, as I would have had that otherwise...same same...
edit: honestly thought pj harvey came out late 94, not early 95
- radiohead - the bends
- you am i - hi fi way
- pj harvey - to bring you my love
- pearl jam - vitalogy
- björk - post
- nick cave and the bad seeds - murder ballads
- spiderbait - the unfinished spanish galleon of finley lake
- pulp - different class
- crow - li-lo-ing
- sunny day real estate - lp2
same same...
