Locals tip for the Rady Shell if you are considering going to the San Diego show. The venue has a public walkway all the way around it that has excellent sight lines. I've seen several shows from the outside and have had a better view than the shows I've paid for. While the rules state that no stopping or standing is permitted, I've never seen it enforced and am gonna bank on that again.

Rain of Sorrow edition arrived yesterday ! got this as a gift by a friend that i took to a Gizz concert in August. He did not know them before and hasnt listened to much else eversince.

Well, this turned into an absolute nightmare purchase. Very disappointing.

UPS just fucked me for an additional $39 in "brokerage fees" and 7 of 8 corners on the albums are dinged moderately+

Sigh.
 
So since my Gizz journey has started a mere 6 months ago I've picked up the following on vinyl:

Silver Cord (extended edition)
Petrodragonic Apocalypse
Omnium Gatherum
Ice, Death, Planets, Lungs, Mushrooms, and Lava
Nonagon Infinity (extended edition)

Not to mention the Live at Red Rocks and incoming Live in Chicago box sets.

Looking into my next pickups?

The order of what I'd get next:
Murder of the Universe
Mind Fuzz
Fishing for Fishes
Microtonal Banana
Infest (if you want some thrash, but I honestly don't go for this one often even though it's a big fan favorite)

But you can get that KGLW double album at VMP this week with the 40% off, so that might be a good place to start too!
