It looks like early 1900's Christmas threw up on it. Maybe the Seeing-Eye picture will be a Dickensian scene of a pauper falling down a chimney or something.

It’s the stickers on the front from what I’ve gathered, the word butterfly in different languages. All of them are randomly red, yellow or blue. No word on what Flightless is doing or if this is the first Gizzard album not being pressed by them.

I think they may be phasing Flightless out. Not sure. But I did notice on my silver copy of L.W., it is labeled as K.G.L.W.-04, so maybe they'll just self-release all their stuff going forward?

looks like one big difference is shipping date.
AUS edition is noted as shipping immediately while US & UK are noted as shipping mid August.

They are supporting a lot of artists these days, and I'm sure Gizz was up for the experiment. They love to mix up these release schedules. It's an interesting way to keep fans engaged, and throw off bots and people only trying to flip.
