Up until midday yesterday I was going to eat some gel tabs today.
Unfortunately I had some responsibilities pop up that I have to attend to later this afternoon;
so, needless to say, I had to call the plan off.

Three songs in and damn, it would have been perfect.
It’s cloudless, hot and gorgeous here too.
What a huge missed opportunity, and on one of two of my days off for the next 10 days.

Anywho, this album feels like the exact Gizz album I needed at this point in my life.
Who knows,
maybe it’s the release excitement,
maybe it’s the green,
maybe it’s the enveloping spell of King Gizz
but I am absolutely LOVING this.

It’s like being hugged with unadulterated happiness and positivity.
Such a feel good album.

Also, it’s sure making me groove and dance out here on the disc golf course.

This is what I wanted. I love this album. I have enjoyed the heavier stuff, but Fishing was such a weird turn and I just loved what they did on it. It’s a similar thing here, I’m just so into them doing this psychedelic vaguely electronic pop jam stuff. I know they said this was gonna be divisive, but I don’t know…it’s still very much KGATLW. Really fun listen.
