Bandbox: an uncompensated review of an interesting new club

I want to know how many people who don't know the album well will complain about the sound on the opening track, Great Expectations, from The '59 Sound. They should put a disclaimer to stem the dumb-assery I imagine it will cause.

I don't know about you, but my copy on Apple Music has surface noise for the first 10 seconds. Seems clean after that.
 
never with Bandbox but with other shippers (especially media mail) - it usually means at the very least the label on the box is unscannable and usually means the package is not in route. I'd probably reach out at this point if it's gone that long without movement. I haven't had one of these that have sat like that for that long show up since the very early days of the pandemic when USPS was weeks/months behind on shipments

Thanks. Was my first shipment I’ve had from them so didn’t know if they often created labels right away and waited to send them out.

They do, but accepted is different then label printed. Theoretically, the po has your package.

This happened with me with Jose Gonzalez months ago (not the exclusive). I ended up getting a package from USPS with the label cut out of the bandbox mailer. the package had become opened at the post office and the record fell out at some point so USPS a just had an empty package. They were out of the album I wanted and ended up just refunding after they tried to get more from the distributor
