Question: I assume this coupon is for orders separate from the monthly subscription stuff? And if so, can shipping be combined?

I looked back and it seems like every month's confirmation email has a 50% code in it

But they were sending the summer one well after they'd turned it off. So it's cool there's a new one.

Agreed here. Even if you find something you want, chances are you won’t get it for six months. I reached out today about my outstanding orders, and they responded with they are waiting on zines and/or albums. That’s all fine and dandy, but update your website. Torres was supposed to ship in June along with Bedouine, but I’m here impatiently waiting.

I almost got the Lissie album but after seeing that the album was delayed because of the zines not being ready I gave the album a listen and I realized that I didn't like the album as much as I thought I would. Instead of adding more exclusive albums they need to focus on getting the ones that they do have sent out in a timely manner. They have great customer service but I still wouldn't recommend ordering any of their exclusive pressings unless you don't mind waiting for it.

I am sure they are doing the best they can. Supply chain is about as close to out of your control as possible. Waiting sucks but it is pretty much the new normal when it comes to vinyl. VMP obviously has their connections, but for the smaller fish in the pond it is tough sledding. I have waited over a year for multiple records in the past year or so so what is a few months for Bandbox.

Not to bandbox splain to y'all but it's my understanding that you get the credit after three consecutive paid months with no skips - it took me a while to figure it out.
