I hadn't listened to this one in years, but streamed it while I was driving to and from work this afternoon. Thrash is not a favorite metal style for me, but I liked it more than I remembered. Even if it doesn't get many spins I'll probably grab it for the artwork alone with one of my picks. And this is one of the zines I'd like to read.

I love thrash but fistful isn't one my favorites of theirs. I don't think they really got their feet under them until "spreading the disease" and they didn't really get into prime shape until they hit "among the living"

I agree with you on their trajectory and think one of those later albums would have been a better choice. But the classic heavy metal elements that were giving way to the thrash band they became were kind of fun to hear on this one today. And I've got a ton of Bandbox picks so no real reason not to.

Nice...switched to this for March, and am tempted to use a gift card on Free Range, because I'm not sure how long that one will be around with a pressing size of 300

This is actually pretty decent. I'll be honest I was never really into the Polyvinyl emo bands. I was more into Saddle Creek and Barsuk than the Polyvinyl stuff but this is a definite maybe.
