So what albums are everyone looking forward to for the rest of the year? It feels like the most of what this year has to offer is already out. I can only think of a few things remaining that I'm waiting for.

That new Bedouine album does absolutely nothing for me and I LOVED the first one. I can't put my finger on what it is. It's not like the sound has changed.

Ok so a few days ago I was trying to make a mid-year list but kept having difficulties. I've heard plenty new releases this year but, compared to last year, I've heard only a few projects where I can say I "loved" them. It's felt like such a slow year for me in terms of albums I really, really enjoy which is odd considering I'm listening to more new albums and getting exposed to more new music now more than ever.

Oh there have been plenty of albums this year that I have LOVED! The Comet Is Coming, Thom Yorke, Vampire Weekend, Julia Jacklin, Little Simz, Kishi Bashi, The National, American Football, Kevin Abstract, Big Thief, Jamila Woods, Black Pumas... I am certain I'm forgetting several others.
