Getting a lot of Beach House vibes from this, specifically "7" vibes. It also sounds a little like the last Tamaryn album. Not hearing many M83 similarities, musically a little bit but not much.Okay I’m in!!!!!!

Agreed on the Beach House "7" vibe. The music is more indebted to the shoegaze-y sounds of MBV and Cocteau Twins. Those two bands were major influences on Maria's artistic development. Vocally I can also pick up some similarities with Sarah Bartell of Phantogram. Nevertheless, I hope you are enjoying "Warnings" as much as I do. It is already a favorite of mine this year.Getting a lot of Beach House vibes from this, specifically "7" vibes. It also sounds a little like the last Tamaryn album. Definitely feeling some Phantogram but not as electronicAgreed on the Beach House "7" vibe. The music is more indebted to the shoegaze-y sounds of MBV and Cocteau Twins. I am casual to mid-level fans of those bands, but I thought it was unfair to the bands that are towards the bottom of my list to rank them when I really don’t like those 3 albums that much at all.I like the new CSH and The Strokes is fine. If I were a fan I'd probably describe it as a return to form, but I'm not so I'll just say it's fine.
Nice to see Montreal indie pop band TOPS getting some love but Tame Impala - The Slow Rush bad??? SmhUpdate!

My problem with both is they sound like copy cats of each otherI like the new CSH and The Strokes is fine. If I were a fan I'd probably describe it as a return to form, but I'm not so I'll just say it's fine.
I'm so upset because I really loved Currents. The Slow Rush is just a bloated mess.Nice to see Montreal indie pop band TOPS getting some love but Tame Impala - The Slow Rush bad??? Smh
I love and appreciate both in different ways. The Slow Rush like the album title suggests is a slow burn that gets better with subsequent listens but to each their own.I'm so upset because I really loved Currents. The Slow Rush is just a bloated mess.
