Just got Jonathan Fire*eater, Wrens, and (ahem) Sugar Ray. Don’t judge me, it was for nostalgic reasons.

Those are 2 of the 3 I am gonna try to snag. I am only half-adding it but I am gonna try to snag JFE and The Wrens. I might grab Phish or The National if It’s still there but if not I will be alright.

I cringed while reading this. This behavior is horrible and it’s reflective of our culture in general - especially on a day like Black Friday. I was in an awkward situation earlier where I was in line and some people cut blah blah blah and there were only 3 copies of what I wanted, so I mentally prepared myself to miss out and grab it on Discogs. Not worth the altercation for me. Anyways, yeah, I wish there was a better system in place for BF/RSD in general. Can you imagine how Americans would act if something like food or water was scarce?!

edit: Also, the 4/6 box setup is the worst. My locals do that. Not very conducive to 20-100 people trying to find the same thing.

Completely agree with you. There was one guy who kept getting pushed back but was saying that he just wanted a Kings Of Leon album. When I finally started looking though I pulled it out and said "Who was it that was asking for the Kings Of Leon" and some a-hole replied with "why would you ever admit to liking them?". The guy who actually wanted it leaned over and thanked me but all I could think was 'way to shit on this guys excitement'.
