Yes, he relaxed the tariffs on Mexico today after they sent 10k troops to the border, but Canada won't do that, primarily because his claims about the Canadian border issues were a lie. They have no incentive to respond as Mexico did even if they really were responsible for our fentanyl crisis. Instead, they responded with $100B in tariffs on US goods.
