Definitive Audiophile pressings

Yeah my second copy both discs have the deep indentation ring, but no other indicating factors as to whether it's the EU or US. Pallas has that indentation ring yes? I feel like it does?

Alright, let's totally nerd out. (LOVE IT!)

I took a picture of a known Pallas (Germany) record - the Speaker's Corner EW&F. I checked the SC Bill Withers and Patti Smith as well, and also the VMP Beck, which are all also pressed at Pallas and they look the same as the EW&F. What do you think? I think it might be a little different from your picture (outer ring a little smaller), but I'm not sure.

Yeah the ring is bigger on this one. But now what plant can have this indented ring but also no indent ring at all? Does RTI do both?

Actually, could that outer ring be at around 70mm? That could correspond to the second RTI press (with 31.7mm/70mm rings) mentioned on the vinyl discovery site (LP Pressing Rings And The Mystery Of The Deep Groove (11/2023 Update)).
42307 is the RTI pressing (which is what I have), 61812 is the EU pressing (both black). The clear US is a crap Nashville (United) pressing while the clear EU is a Record Industry pressing, with some lack of clarity in the lacquers used for each disc.

I think they are talking about the New 2xLP 45rpm pressing of Pearl Jam’s Vs. Mather has a copy where each individual disc appears to be pressed at a different press based rings present around the label.

Alright I'm going to look at the dead wax once and for all and see wth is up with these. Curiosity has got the better of me despite how much I hate trying to find just the right angle of the light in my livingroom to read the damn thing...

I mean it sounds like the rti to me, but you do you.

Alright so yes. Despite the fact that the discs look entirely different been A/B and C/D, that copy is actually RTI and the second copy with identical indented rings for both discs is also RTI.
So I guess RTI used different pressing machines for each disc here and there, seems odd but okay.

All 3 copies I've heard from RTI have some noise on the final track on side D. Wonder if the Pallas EU avoids it...

I mean it makes sense. You have disc one on one press and disc two on the other. As long as they cut the grooves in a similar matter, who cares?
