Good to see MoFi is still going hard for the senior citizen market (speaking as a 52yo)
I think the top of my CSN limit would be standard AP/MoFi pricing, so even a discounted one step price is probably too muchI'd consider CSN if I can get it for a cheap price through some rando sale (I did the same with the SRV). But I agree--none of these are must-haves for me.

Its a really good album but I’d be perfectly happy with a Rhino style standard AAA release.
Based on my couple Rhinos I'd be perfectly happy with my entire collection being that quality. Its a really good album but I’d be perfectly happy with a Rhino style standard AAA release.
Yeah I got it and am 20000% percent happy with how it sounds, not sure I need it to sound marginally better for an extra $100.i feel bad for people who bought the muddy water folk singer analogue productions now because OOPS Mofi went and 1steped it
Yeah same, no way do I need to upgrade this one. It's fantastic, and I've just got the 33 AP.Yeah I got it and am 20000% percent happy with how it sounds, not sure I need it to sound marginally better for an extra $100.
Just beware any scorpio pressings if you start digging into older ones. Not all Rhinos are created equal but many are excellent.Based on my couple Rhinos I'd be perfectly happy with my entire collection being that quality.
They have the sales pretty frequently now. I don't remember what the AS Black Friday sales are but moving out of home will be much more exciting than getting a few records in the mail!I can't afford to buy vinyl much at the moment and am a bit gutted I won't be able to splurge on the Acoustic Sounds Black Friday sale. I'm moving out of home soon and cannot believe I won't be getting anything from Blue Note or Acoustic Sounds......
I love audiophile pressings so much though, they really are the best!
This 2009 Rhino reissue/remaster is a decent, low-priced option for this record. I'm sure Mofi could improve upon it, but not sure what that'd be worth. The CSN debut album is great, but not I need a one-step great. I hope this is it for the next 6-8 months, because I love the one steps and am not tempted in the least by any of these titles.
It's great to know Acoustic Sounds do have sales pretty frequently actually! I'll definitely buy some Analogue Productions pressings sometime next year. I'm going to sell like 20 records on eBay and try and get as much money as possible, and try and have the money to get stuff from Acoustic Sounds when they do have a sale! They have the sales pretty frequently now. Whoa! Moving out of home? That sounds like a huge development. Someone is about to get a lesson in budgeting that may or may not hit them in the face with the proverbial force of an 18 wheeler towing a load of bowling balls and boat anchors.Whoa! Moving out of home? That sounds like a huge development. I wish you the best as you make this transition.
Thank you! Super excited but definitely need to start saving up and need to get a job by the start of next week hopefully too!Whoa! Moving out of home? That sounds like a huge development. I wish you the best as you make this transition.
Good for you, Nathan. This is going to require some self-control! Cool that you're making the leap and I suspect you'll always find support here.Thank you! Super excited but definitely need to start saving up and need to get a job by the start of next week hopefully too!
I'm so overwhelmed because my friend got back to me this morning and she wants to move out December instead of March. It's a good deal on an apartment in the city (AUD$450 a week for a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom place) and I just said "YOLO, let's just do it".Someone is about to get a lesson in budgeting that may or may not hit them in the face with the proverbial force of an 18 Wheeler towing a load of bowling balls and boat anchors.
