Without the box and booklet though, its definitely overpriced.
True test presses were never intended to be sold as a retail package so they generally were/are packed in generic cheap sleeves for protection. However, I would have thought that both LPs would be together to consider it complete.
At this time, all the vinyl versions are arguably overpriced. It’s just what you may have to pay to own a really solid Dylan album on vinyl.
I really like this album. If I didn’t have it I would be watching for a NM copy at a price I felt comfortable paying. I overpaid a bit for an original Rolling Thunder some time back.
Like the Classic pressing of Led Zeppelin Physical Graffiti. Soon as I find a like new copy for $50-$75 bucks I’m likely jumping on it but at $589 I’m out of the running.
