Definitive Audiophile pressings

Is this the show same as the Journeys DVD that Demme put together ? I really enjoyed watching that recently.
Nah, I was referring to this…
Part of the NY Live series an acoustic set from 1971.

I need to check out those Demme NY concert films though. That guy was phenomenal.

It was my high school band, like literally THE high school band. I played drums. I smoked weed for the first time ever right before I went on stage. I can assure you that if you wanted to come up with a worst time ever to smoke weed for the first time. Going on stage in front of thousands of people in grade nine would be VERY high on that list. I was probably playing at like half speed the whole time, I have no idea.

Haha yeah my rhythm gets wonky as hell when I'm stoned and trying to play guitar. Can't imagine having to do that in front of people at 14 on a historic stage. Pretty awesome that you've been up there.

Not sure if anyone else has it yet, but I just got the B&N blue pressing of Nina Simone’s Little Girl Blue. It’s damn good. Kevin Gray cut pressed at RTI I believe. Not sure if it’s AAA though?
Interesting…I’m guessing it uses the same plates as this:

Correct. I think there’s a handful of color versions as well as a standard black. I can’t say I’m super familiar with the album and I’ve only ever heard it in mono (I have an early mono pressing) but I quite liked it in stereo. Nina is still in the left channel but that doesn’t bother me listening through my speakers.

I've got the the AP cut by Ryan Smith, sounds great !

HOLY SON OF A DICK this Neil Young Greatest Hits pressing is the fucking TRUTH.
