Please let me know how that Ry Cooder sounds! That one might be up next on my buying list.

Did you preorder Nilsson from sound of vinyl as well? I ask as I'm curious if anyone has heard anything from them on it.
I preordered Nilsson and the latest SRV One Step from sound of vinyl. No news on either but I haven’t seen either in stock yet. MoFi and MD send out the first batches of pressings if you order direct from them, then the wholesalers start getting copies. Seems that SRV has started shipping from MoFi and MD so hoping that the sound of vinyl order isn’t too far behind!

Assume you’ve heard/streamed the album and like the music...

I’m a huge Ry fan and this is one of his hidden gems. The new SC sounds phenomenal, like Ry in your room three-dimensional. I have the old MFSL that goes for ridiculous money and the vinyl on that issue is a tad quieter, but I think this a slightly fuller/better mastering. Buy this before it goes OOP and sells for hundreds.

Yea--I have always liked the album but never owned it on vinyl. I had a feeling it was a good pressing...I love all my Speakers Corner albums and need to get more! I'll see if I can grab a copy soon.

I also highly recommend the recent MoFi Ry albums and just picked up the SC “Paradise and Lunch” and plan to compare that to the MoFi if it ever gets out of USPS purgatory.
