Looking at the credits list, I'm not sure an "Instrumentation By" would be the best - as this is a Writing & Arrangement credit, and not a performing credit.

"Performer [Additional Instrumentation By]" may be the best credit if these are really performing credits.

of course the moron troll(s) hit up the submissions i'd recently made edits to so my inbox was flooded yesterday afternoon.

discogs folks are catching these pretty quickly now so i'm scratching my head as to what the offender is getting out of this. maybe they just enjoy reading the panic filled comments in the submission history while less in-the-know folks try in vain to disable the images?

If they really want to troll the community they should post a photo of a trending album with a hype sticker or Obi in the main photo. I think people might still be fighting about that on VMP Ghostface Killah - Fishscale entry.

EU / UK members do you guys understand the implications of the new VAT charges as buyer/seller. Is that added on top paid by the buyer or does discogs invoice the seller later?

It was two really poorly worded emails!

I understood it as if you are a store business with a VAT registration you enter those details and it’s up to you as it would be on your own web store.

Then if you’re a casual buyer/seller cogs will add the appropriate VAT onto the buying price the seller charges, it will generate all the customs forms to print off and stick on the parcel, and then it will be added onto your bill at the end of the month. Much like the method currently used for US sales tax.

Alright so does that mean you will see VAT included in the price as the buyer or does that get added on after?

I would assume something the seller has goofed up on the rules yes, I am guessing related to the shipping rules update a little while back. Probably easiest way to verify is to find something else with UK sellers and check against it, if you can buy from one UK seller then it's probably not a full on region lock. The listing below has UK sellers for me both that I can buy from (queencollector91, afrika1974) and ones I can't (151records, pcornish1) for instance.

Agreed.

Indy: If you go to the seller's profile and click the "ships from:" hyperlink near the top (underlined in the first image), it'll probably say no policy. If his does have a U.S. Policy and you can't select it...then I got no idea.

No votes would be nice here. The data should go the other way.

I added this without seeing it anywhere - the first sub had the wrong Cat # and wasn't in the master - so I didn't see it at all.

The UPC code didn't even pop a duplicate error.

My data and images are a lot better than that web sub it will become.
