This is beyond phenomenal. Like, I had to settle on one reaction when 5 of them described how I felt seeing this.

ok, I think I'm done with this. I have been working on it on and off for almost a month and I'm just tired of tinkering with it and working on it at this point. plus it's just a weird design/painting that kind of got away from me...I don't hate it, but I definitely don't love it. that said, I wanted to see it through and finish it and for all it's faults I definitely learned a lot with this one.

that's actually a dab of paint in the center, but it's on a 10x10 inch canvas so I should be able to place it on the platter and let it spin.
I never would have thought about doing that, I may need to try it and see what it looks like. thanks for the idea!
