Equipment Recommendations - The Home For New System and Upgrade Advice

Can you get one of these? Because I want to know if I should save up. It's SOOOOOOOOOOO PRETTY!!!!!:
Symbol Audio is seeming to enter this kind of market too now:

The wrensilvas are real pretty though

What's the perceived downside of an outboard motor?
Induced vibration. For some older models, it was recommended that the motor be placed on a mousepad to reduce vibrations. For the Prime models, I’d imagine VPI has that issue resolved. It never seems to come up in reviews for the Primes and the Prime motors are heavier than the Scout motors.

VPI PRIME 21
Not gonna lie, this option has hit my brain twice.

Once when getting the UltraDeck and once just recently when we went to the 1210G. The first time it was purely cost, plane and simple, the second time it was still cost, plus the removable head shell. Not so much because I still feel tinkering with carts is still in my blood, but more so because these old eyes have a much easier time mounting and aligning a cart off the table.

If you can swing it, I can't really think of or recall any earth shattering down sides. Even the motor issue @Angsty mentioned isn't rampant, but I've heard owners just purchasing a small sorbothane sheet and cutting it just bigger than the circumference of the motor and that solves the problem........it's also thinner than a mouse pad ;)

Excited for you, has always been one of my favorite tables I haven't owned, especially the walnut.

Yeah that's the one I'm aiming for. I'm hoping I can trade in my Revel F35s and Pro Ject 2Xperience SB and knock some off the price. Also have to source one of those big honking lexan dust covers for it. And if I'm gunna have to manually swap the belt then I'm gunna need fancy new white gloves too.

This looks sexy as hell.
