I meant "Nope, lets not blame socialized mail"...

Don't want to get too in the weeds on this, and maybe I misunderstood the intent of the initial post, but I'm perfectly good with social services, whether it be mail, medicine, etc..

I'll say I'm more likely to blame the current postal issues on the guy leading the PO, the board that appointed him, and the person who appointed that board. Privatizing any of these services is a bad idea IMO.. then it just becomes about making $.

Hope that clears up my position..

I mean, UPS and Fed Ex aren't exactly perfect either. To your point, I'd rather pay a fraction of the cost from USPS for what amounts to the same service. My package is already back at the distribution center to I'm crossing my fingers I'll get it tomorrow.
 
now a question for my Jolida for you folks who are way smarter than me....

moving my Jolida JD9 to my 2nd TT setup. I'm running the SAE1000E on there--should i adjust any of the gain settings or anything on the Jolida? Going from the MasterTracker to the SAE. And assuming I still use the Hi Output?

Leave it as is. The SAE has slightly lower output, but it shouldn’t make a difference.
 
Inspired by a thread I saw recently, I believe on the Hoffman forums, I am going to really make an effort to set these up with the neatest cabling I have ever done.

To that end, I think I’ll put the Rogue under the Torii Jr and move the CD over to the left under the TT. Sources on one side, amps on other. Zip ties and Velcro will be used in abundance. Lol.

Or I’ll just connect it and ignore the wire mess for another month or so. 😂

That's the downside to those open racks. For me it's just chuck the wires behind the Kallax and go.

cable management is next on my list haha. my downstairs setup is an absolute mess and the shelf is open back so you see EVERYTHING.

yea-- i'm gonna order some cable ties today now that my main rig is all set for pieces for the forseeable future!
