Joe, let’s get creative here! There’s five of them, so let’s take it a little further. Each one gets to be a member of Radiohead, and they have to position themselves in the room based on soundstage, then they have to recreate Paranoid Android. They’ll be winning America’s Got Talent in no time!

Yes those speaker stands do double as kitchen chairs and you are seeing it correctly, the tt is on a cutting board that is on styrofoam for sound dampening.

Yeah marble squares and iso pucks under the butchers block chopping board/worksurface isn’t quite the same as a couple of leftover bits of polystyrene from a packaging box!

Not all ideas that work have to look fancy! Styrofoam does have some good isolation qualities.
