Bought them from Fire UK, cost was about the same I think when I was looking at it plus got the tote bag. Listened to Submarine Bells so far and it was nice and quiet, a great pressing.

I know exactly where you mean! Back in the distant pre covid days when I actually had to go into the office Id walk up that street every day on my way into/home from work!

Wanted this for a while but wasn't willing to pay the outrageous Norwegian prices so was waiting for it to go a bit cheaper in the UK. Then my local had its annual clear-the-shelves sale ahead of RSD and it was finally the right price. I almost caved on the Beatles Singles Collection too but I've read bad reviews and I don't need it (would love an EP collection though)...

That Coltrane Half Note is an amazing performance , except that they are cut, but the intensity is something to behold, especially when Tyner and Garrison drop out and Trane and Jones wail away with each other , I believe Jones breaks his bass drum pedal at one point, you can hear no bass drum for a portion of his Duet with Trane , can't remember which track, as I've lent my CD to a friend, but it's a sterling effort from the Quartet .
