Fresh Grabs

I was going to say that Hall and Oates are a full on guilty pleasure for me. But then I realised I've nothing to be guilty about. They're totally awesome. Plus, given the support for Clapton's unplugged on here the other day, I think it's obvious I'm not the only one on this site with questionable taste.

I found one sort of cheapish by making an offer...it’s worth it IMO and I’m not even a bug VH fan but even as a casual fan you would know the covers
Yes! I've never been a huge VH fan either, but we were shuffling tB&tB on Amazon music awhile back and those covers showed up to get our booties shakin'.

Just when I thought I was out...

Quasimoto - The Further Adventures Of Lord Quas
Sparklehorse - Box of Stars
I signed back up to VMP specifically to get a better price on the Sparklehorse Boxset and while the LPs seem alright (I just gave em a quick spot check to make sure they weren’t a disaster) the jackets didn’t survive USPS. Every jacket of the 4 albums included had a seam split 3 of the 4 the split was across the printed text on the spine, most had a second less intrusive split across the top seam too. Thankfully they still have some copies available and
Lord willing the replacement will arrive damage free. Quasimoto appears to be in perfect shape thankfully.

Black Country, New Road - For The First Time
John Prine - September 78

Black Country, New Road had developed quite a buzz since the release of their debut, I finally gave it a listen and was blown away. Thankfully my LRS received a single copy that I was able to snag. The live Prine album was one I had preorder on Amazon awhile back and got at a really reasonable price (not that it is very expensive to begin with) I have listened to both of these today and both sound phenomenal.
