No. Just cheap and in the US. HahaWas this a celebratory purchase?

Yes. I have been looking for the colored vinyl of her albums for a while. They are usually overseas and expensive. Even more expensive with the US sellers.Do you mean color vinyl? I think I have the debut album stored away somewhere.
I have Songs From the Big Chair MOFI, and everything you’ve heard is true.So far I'm enjoying it. It is definitely master low which I had heard. But just turn the volume up right? I heard it was flat but I don't know....sounds good to me. It favors bass like you always heard modern pressings do. I have an OOP and, honestly, I'd choose this one if I could only keep one.
The only other silver label I have is the Echo & the Bunnymen Heaven Up Here and it's really good. I hear the silver label of Tears for Fears "Songs from the Big Chair" is bad but I have the '14 pressing and an OOP so haven't really given much thought to trying out the MOFI.

If you have it...do you want it?
I can let it go
I’ve heard mixed reviews for MFSL ”Yaz” but I’ll give it a go
Wow. I appreciate the thought. Thank you.I can let it go, but the problem is with the high cost of shipping from South Korea.
Yea, I'm not a huge Yaz fan - I'm not familiar with any boxset but I'll have to give it a look. But, really, this album is about where my interest in them begins and ends. I totally appreciate Vince Clarke's place in synth pop from Depeche Mode onward, but in the pantheon of synth pop gods Clarke is a minor one (for me). However, Alison Moyet's voice is special. I could've easily imagined seeing her front a blues band in a smokey bar. Leading some synths brings a cool element.I went through multiple OPs and yeah, the MFSL does sound better. I really want to get the new Yazoo boxset. I do believe they are now releasing the remasters separately but still in the UK only for now.
I'd email em a photo and ask for a replacement sleeve. I think they are a small enough operation they may have extra. I have had good luck with this path lately. I had new jackets mailed out (sans record) for both Stereolab and a Wooden Shjips live album. It saved me having to send back the albums so I got the jackets faster plus the replacements were in perfect shape since there wasn't any records in them.Stoked to get this Red/Black split edition....,but not stoked at the corner ding. Is it worth an email to Colemine/Plaid Room?
Yup, my Mars Audiac Quintet came with a split and I was able to get just a jacket. It works.I'd email em a photo and ask for a replacement sleeve. Yeah I mean it’s not terrible but in one of the greatest ever discographies it’s easily in the bottom 10%.
Just bought Self Portrait
I drunkenly bought Street Legal last night, amongst other Lou Reed and Patti Smith things...
Street Legal is a good Dylan album
One of his best. I have an OG. Anyone on here with the new remaster vinyl? Is it the remix version that came out in the 90s as that kicks the ass of the original 70s muffly versions
I’m guessing that’s what I’m guessing, it’s just a standard new Columbia from amazon for £17.27 (the list price is a few pence lower because we have higher VAT eugh). I’ll let you know how it sounds when it turns up!
If it is i’ll be adding another copy of Street Legal to my Bob list. What’s your count now?
