LtoR:
Rolling Stones - Emotional Rescue
Warren Zevon - Excitable Boy (picked by Anthony)
The Mothers - Over-Nite Sensation (picked by HiFi)
Good times were had by all, really enjoyed spending time chatting and listening to music with these two, wish I could do it more often.

Let me know what you think of the Zevon...honestly ;)
I can't show my one pick up and my @Colonel_Angus pick because they remained with @HiFi Guy who's nice enough to ship my Florida haul home for me so I don't have to worry about them surviving the car ride.

I picked up a copy of Bowie Live Santa Monica '72 and @Colonel_Angus picked out Chase -ST for me if I remember correctly.

Another carboot haul today. Been a good couple of days. Spent an hour cleaning them all up and resleeving...before I even got around to playing them!

Miles Davis - Milestones (1966 Columbia 2 eye Stereo)

Even though Milestones was recorded on multi tracks, the album wasn't mixed to stereo until they put out the Miles/Coltrane complete recordings box set in 1999. The 2-eye release from 1966(?) is in "fake" stereo, which does not necessarily mean poor sound.

Actually, I met a few people who like it better than stereo remix for its airy quality thanks to added echo.

Indeed it was and pending your abililty of self restraint, here's a teaser:

Miles Davis - Milestones (1966 Columbia 2 eye Stereo)
Sarah Vaughan, Miles Davis, Charlie Mingus, Dizzy Gillespie - Giganti Del Jazz Vol. 2 (1980 Italian compilation)
Herbie Hancock - Feets Don't Fail Me Now (1979 First Pressing)
- Interesting as this is the album where he turned to disco over jazz.
The Rolling Stones - Some Girls (1978 First press) - without the inner sleeve unfortunately
Elton John - Goodbye Yellow Brick Road (1973 First Press) - I currently have a copy with just the first record which I will PIF at some point.
The Beatles - Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band (Looks to be a 1978 repress, with a cut-outs card insert)
Pet Shop Boys - Introspective Limited Edition+ (1988, 3x 12" limited edition set)
- This is my 3rd copy so look out for PIF's soon!!
Various - NME's Big Four (1986) - Been on the hunt for this just for the NME Version of Tom Waits - Downtown Train.
The Beatles - 1962-1966 (1973 first pressing)

That Introspective looks like a nice find! That’s one of my favorite albums but I had no idea it was ever released in that 3 x 12” format.

The ones I need in the war with @Joe Mac are

Pat Garrett & Billy The Kid
Planet Waves
Saved
Empire Burlesque
Knocked Out Loaded
Down In The Groove
Under The Red Sky
Good As I Been To You
World Gone Wrong
Time Out Of Mind (A genuine omission)
Love And Theft (As is this)
Together Through Life
Christmas In The Heart
Fallen Angels
Triplicate
Before The Flood
At Budokhan

So I know the next two I should get. But i’ll Probably end up buying Empire Burlesque and Saved before them knowing my current form
I saw Dylan live for the 'Down In The Groove' tour and I never went to another Bob show again. Man, it was rough. Only good track is 'Silvio', that album should be last on your list.

Yeah this is the case with this one, the top banner is 'Electronically Re-Channeled for Stereo'. It was a cheap pick up (£2) and one that's been on my want list for a while so hopefully it sounds good enough to stay in the collection until its upgraded.

I had never heard of it either. I have had a first press with a slightly beaten cover for a while, picked up a clean first press on Saturday, then found this Limited Edition on Sunday for £2 :ROFLMAO:

This beauty just arrived. Limited to 1000 Music On Vinyl (marbled blue).

Since everyone is currently being fired from my work, and I'm off today... I'm going to put this on and hope that the same isn't going to happen to me when I get back on Wednesday...
Didn't know MOV pressed this! I have the Blue Note one but it's kinda crappy sounding. This one sound any better?
