Is there a reason Drake couldn't have done the same thing in this situation? The first tweet flat out says Drake's team was flagging reaction videos for copyright instead of letting them go like Kendrick did so not sure what you're trying to prove here.

Is "Kendrick's team" and "Drakes team" all ran by the same folks at UMG and this is part of what he's referring to in the lawsuit?

I don't know, man. You've clearly got your mind made up about this lawsuit before it's even started so I really don't think me saying anything else is going to do much good. Besides there's no reason for me to try to convince you of anything anyways, you have your opinion and that's cool. I have my own opinion and I just don't buy this whole "Drake is a poor victim of big bad UMG" narrative one bit, sorry.

He's been the biggest popstar for well over a decade and never once in that time has he questioned if everything's working like it's supposed to, then he has a year where he's not on top and suddenly he becomes very concerned about the honesty of streaming data and botting numbers. That timing is too convenient and signals to me that even if there is legitimate fraud going on at UMG, Drake isn't mad that it's happening, just that it's not happening for him anymore.
