Just got a notification from the Pusha T store that they are unable to fill the vinyl orders for his new single with Lauryn Hill. Really bummed because I was definitely looking forward to having it on wax.

Exactly this ☝.

Many of these are albums that are loved and highly valued by people that care about hip hop. It's fantastic to be able to purchase them now and not have to pay ridiculous mark-ups on rare originals, but I have a couple of albums by them and they are average to not good pressings, they are often noisy even after cleaning, and they are almost always warped to some degree. To be fair the last one isn't unique to G.o.D.

I'd like to be able to spend my $ on something that I won't sit there while listening to it and be like "is this experience better or worse than listening on my laptop?"

I just wish they put some more care into these albums and didn't dismiss legit complaints about their quality.
