1k does seem like a good number. It has to be tough for artists though, fans/collectors are fickle and buy rarity. When there's more available there's less excitement or frenzy to secure a copy it seems. I'm sure pressing records isn't cheap and artists don't want to warehouse leftover stock.
That is true. Just seems like the 3 major problems are Daupe!, DRW, and ALC and they could all easily do more. (I know there are a plethora of others that sell out quickly I have just bee speaking directly about this thread and how it affects us here, before anyone says there are so many more than 3 problems.)
