They played a new track on that podcast "The Midnight Miracle" a couple days ago apparently. Not sure if you can find it without a subscription though.

It seems like it is showing up on lots of local records stores, so I put one in with my local. Hopefully will work out, maybe will be a wider release. Thanks for the heads up.

Saw some people say that De La will get the rights back next year. Anyone know if there is truth to that? Hopefully.

Yep. Pre-Ordered both from Popmarket. Seemed to have the best price from what I saw and free shipping. I have an original '89 pressing of 3ft, but have been craving DLSID forever and I'm not missing out. Still holding out that VMP will be able to repress their versions and then I'll cancel these pre-orders, but wasn't going to miss out.

I hope they don't. First off, ...Is Dead was an exclusive, not an ROTM, so they shouldn't be repressing it, anyway. But beyond that, they feigned an apology for releasing it without being aware that the group would be against it and had issues with Tommy Boy. If they, now, go ahead and keep repressing them, it just demonstrates how disingenuous they are. Of course, VMP is consistenty full of shit and did a similar move with Lord Finesse, who says their release was never approved by him and was pissed off about it. So, who knows. I definitely don't blame you for ordering these, but I'd be supporting De La over VMP and Tommy Boy, though, IF that becomes an option.

I really hope De La gets their rights back, so I can finally get my hands on Stakes Is High and that they don't let VMP anywhere near an exclusive, just on principle.
