Yeah poor fella. He’s took far too much abuse from his own fans. As much as I enjoy their play kinda glad the Spanish aren’t going to win it after the way their fans treated his missus and, I think, kid in the stand during the group match.

Dunno Thiago and and Jorginho were both waaaaaay more nonchalant and stuck them away beautifully. I thought he looked short on confidence in the run up to be honest and it was a bit of indecision.

Yeah, I thought he looked nervous rather than nonchalant. He just did not look comfortable walking up to take the pen.
 
Now we’ll see what they’re made of. Denmark have been much the better side so far. Great strike but not close to being right in the corner though. Questions against Pickford again? Hopefully there will be a good English reaction for an exciting game.

First reaction was “what a strike” but watching replay Pickford probably should’ve done better.
England started great but mistakes creeping in, looking a bit nervy atm.
