Right, I meant to say outdoor stadium would be hell in the summer, not “that” being the indoor. Although, I know that some outdoor stadiums actually have AC which is an excessive waste of energy. It’s got be easier to control the climate in an indoor stadium than an outdoor one though? An environmental disaster, but doable. Wasn’t that the initial plan for Qatar before they moved it to fucking November because all hail the second successive World Cup of sportswashing.

Would they play where the Raiders play? That would make the most sense. I know Charlotte will play where the football team plays, but all the recent expansions; Nashville, Austin, Cincinnati, Miami, LAFC, etc had new stadiums built specifically for them.Where the Lights currently play is where the minor league baseball team, Las Vegas 51s/Stars used to play before they got a brand new stadium built a couple of years ago. The former stadium is almost 40 years old and obviously not ideal for football. I’ve heard from friends that the atmosphere is fun but not the layout. I’m going to go for the first time to see the Lights next month.
The last time I was at that stadium was for a July 4th game for the fireworks and it was f’ing miserable. So outdoor stadiums aren’t out of the norm here and some people really do enjoy when it’s 99 degrees outside at 8pm but I’m not one of them![]()

I think so. That Raiders stadium is brand new so I don’t see why they wouldn’t also play there. Charlotte is going to be using the NFL stadium so maybe they don’t really care about football/soccer specific anymore.I thought it had become a condition for entry that you had a football specific stadium, or concrete plans/funding to have one within a certain time period?

I really wish there wasn't a Tottenham game on at the same time. Both CL ties look juicy and I'd also want to be watching them if I could.Champions League tonight! I love a big Champions League away game in the knockout stages. Tension and nerves really are the sign of an enjoyable match. Hoping united turn up tonight, it will be interesting though because both sides have been a bit all over the place domestically this year.

I don't think that the PL games are going to be televised in the UK today. At least that's what I've seen from some UK Spurs fans online. Not a problem in the States fortunately, but viewership numbers will probably be down since there's competition.Ah I’m surprised at that. There’s a deal that a league game can’t be televised on the same day as a European game. Must only apply within Europe.

Classic Spurs. You could see it coming from hundreds of miles away.
Also I think Liverpool might be back in the title race.![]()
